In 1977, after earning his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, Ken Nugent pursued his legal education at the prestigious Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. After extensive study of the Georgia legal system, he passed the bar exam and joined the State Bar of Georgia. He soon embarked on building one of the Southeast’s largest law firms dedicated to representing injury victims and their families.
Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. opened its first office in Atlanta, built on core principles that still guide the firm today:
